S&S Estates are a local Property Management Company based in Prestwich. Started in 2006 by Mr Chaim Sherer, we have progressed from a ‘one man band’ to a staff of ten, full time employees, covering all aspects of property management. We have over the years built up working relationships with Lift Maintenance companies, Insurers, Contract Cleaning firms, Gardeners, Landscapers, Waste Management contractors and a wealth of other providers, who provide these services to us at excellent rates, saving the development money without compromising on quality. We have years of experience in Service Charge collection, including legal action in cases of bigger arrears. We provide a clear breakdown on which the Service collection is based on, breaking down the costs, so that all parties understand where their funds are being spent.
